All orders are processed within 1-2 business days once payment have been received. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you with an estimated dispatch date.
Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
All orders are dispatched the next business day. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or bank holidays. Orders under 20kg will be dispatched via a parcel courier. Orders over 20kg require pallet delivery. Both services have a 1-2 business day delivery time. Delays can occasionally occur, and this should be factored when placing an order.
If your order has been damaged in transit, please contact us at email@example.com within 7 days of delivery. We will require a photo of the damaged item(s), so please keep all damaged packaging and item(s).
Any faulty product(s) will need to be notified to firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of delivery. We will replace or refund the cost of the faulty product(s). Delivery charge will be refunded if full order was faulty.
We will arrange for the faulty item(s) to be collected and returned to our warehouse. On receipt of faulty product(s) to the warehouse, all product(s) that have been returned as faulty will be reviewed. We will not refund the cost of any product(s) that are not considered to be faulty.
If the item(s) prove not to be faulty then no refund will be offered, and you will be charged the collection costs.
If you change your mind about the product(s), you will need to notify us within 14 days and return it to us in adequate packaging. We are unable to offer refunds if the product has been opened, damaged or altered deeming them unfit for re-sale.
Bespoke samples and Custom pigments are non-refundable.
You are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of returning the item(s) and the initial delivery charge will not be refunded.
All returns incur a restocking fee of 25% of total returned products.
Any approved refunds will be made within 14 days of us receiving your returned item(s) in good condition.
